Thai Person Praises Perfect Rice

bangkokhooker 6y Thai person here. Where I'm from, if you cook rice like that you are revered like a god because that there is a sign of cooking perfection. A sign of good destarching with perfect water/rice ratio. Well done. edit: just to add, the reason why this style of cooking is considered perfect is because it is creates just the right amount of fluffiness and bounce for an enjoyable chewing experience AND, most importantly, the fluffiness allows for maximum hold of different sauces and curries.
