Following a Jogger With Drone

Text on the meme

Every morning this Chinese woman jogs by my house. I've always wondered where she runs, so this morning I followed her with my drone She got scared, started running faster + faster before collapsing in an exhausted pile, hyperventilating on the side of the road. I took pictures

What it means

A tweet screenshot shows a man claiming he followed a jogging woman with a drone until she panicked, ran faster, and collapsed on the sidewalk. The attached photo shows the exhausted woman lying beside a road. The dark joke is that the narrator treats frightening and stalking her as a casual experiment, then proudly documents the result; it is sent as a reaction to oblivious cruelty or invasive behavior.
