Adam Jensen hates his skin

Text on the meme

I don’t like the way my skin feels on my body

What it means

Adam Jensen from Deus Ex: Human Revolution sits in a chair with his augmented arms crossed, saying that he dislikes how his skin feels on his body. The joke exaggerates the character’s cybernetic body modifications into an uncomfortable, alienated reaction to having ordinary human skin; it is used to express sensory discomfort or body-related irritation.
