What it means

A screenshot of an anonymous imageboard post jokingly summarizes Chinese history with invented, repetitive names: the Ching dynasty is founded, a Chong rebellion occurs, huge casualties and cannibalism follow, and then the Chong dynasty is founded. The deliberately simplistic, misspelled greentext format mocks reductive summaries of long and complex national histories.
