What it means

A comparison meme shows Vergil from Devil May Cry on the left beside Jetstream Sam from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance on the right. Vergil is humorously described as an overpowered half-demon with a katana and a thick build, while Sam's supposedly greater feat is simply having survived Brazil. It is used to jokingly exaggerate Sam's toughness through the internet stereotype about Brazil.
