Rei Watching Blade Runner
she's watching blade runner
Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion stares at a computer monitor while the caption says she is watching Blade Runner. The joke plays on her famously blank, emotionless expression, making her look absorbed in the bleak sci-fi film; it works as a deadpan reaction to watching something serious or melancholic.
