A cropped online chat shows KipDynamite saying that his dad “is a cancer,” prompting Amyk12C to ask whether he has cancer or literally is one. The joke is the awkward clarification that he means the zodiac sign, immediately undercut by the revelation that his mother's side died of cancer. It is used as a dark-humour reaction to unfortunate wording and escalating misunderstandings.
