Another teenage drama

Text on the meme

When a new show is released but it's yet another "teenage coming of age sex suicide orgy drugs school drama"

What it means

Patrick Bateman stares skeptically in a suit as a caption complains that a newly released show is just another teenage coming-of-age school drama full of sex, suicide, orgies, and drugs. The reaction mocks the repetitive, sensational formula of modern teen series and is used to express tired disbelief at yet another show built on the same tropes.
