A collage contrasts a provocative woman at a gas station and a close-up of someone crying with a scene of characters pushing a convertible down an empty desert road. The joke is exaggerated emotional denial: despite the sad-looking tears, the speaker insists they will not cry, often used as a reaction to something painfully funny or melodramatic.
