Middle-aged people see heroin collapse

Middle-aged people when they see someone collapsing from heroin on the street

A middle-aged man takes a selfie on a city street while someone is implied to be collapsing from heroin nearby. The joke is that middle-aged people react to a shocking public drug incident by documenting it with their phone instead of helping, parodying stereotypical smartphone behavior.
