Operation soda steal

What it means

An anime-styled girl wearing sunglasses, a sun hat, and a backpack filled with soda secretly dispenses a drink from a soda machine into a large cup. The joke is the absurdly elaborate “operation” to steal soda, presented like a covert heist. It works as a reaction to someone going to ridiculous lengths to get something trivial.
