Ghost of Texas Shot Down 2 Lowers
GHOST OF TEXAS SHOT DOWN 2 LOWERS
George H. W. Bush is shown in flight gear, waving while holding a helmet. The caption jokingly presents him as the “Ghost of Texas” who has “shot down 2 lowers,” using absurd military wording as a reaction to someone being defeated or humbled.
