From Kyiv Into Kyiv
From Kyiv Into Kyiv
A divided highway near Kyiv shows a massive traffic jam leaving the city while the lanes going into Kyiv are almost completely empty. The joke is the absurdly one-sided traffic flow, making it look as if everyone is fleeing Kyiv rather than entering it; people send it as a reaction to mass departure, panic, or a citywide exodus.
