Video shows Ukrainian ‘tank man’ trying to block Russian military convoy

What it means

A blurry news video shows a person standing in front of a Russian military convoy on a road in Ukraine, highlighted with a red circle. The joke is the absurdly brave and futile attempt to stop tanks with one person, evoking the famous Tank Man image as a reaction to overwhelming force.
