Cursed Shrek Putin Television

Text on the meme

SHREK PUTIN, NEVER SAID THIS BUT BILL

What it means

A bright green Shrek-themed children’s television is sitting on a wooden floor, showing Vladimir Putin speaking on screen. The joke is the bizarre combination of a childlike Shrek TV and a serious political broadcast, making the image feel cursed and absurd. It is used as a reaction to something unsettling, surreal, or unexpectedly inappropriate.
