Elden Ring Meatball Count

my bf is playing elden ring and eating a meatball every time he dies ELDEN RING MEATBALL COUNT: 0

A screenshot of a tweet jokes that the poster’s boyfriend eats one meatball every time he dies while playing Elden Ring. The Elden Ring title screen shows a meatball counter at zero, implying he has not died yet or has not eaten any meatballs. It is sent as an absurd gaming reaction meme.
