The Weeknd Tweets LET’S GOOOOOOO
The Weeknd Tweeted: LET’S GOOOOOOO News for you “Vladimir Putin announces ‘special military operation’ in eastern Ukraine”
A phone displays two Twitter-style notifications: The Weeknd excitedly tweets “LET’S GOOOOOOO,” followed by a news alert saying that Vladimir Putin announces a “special military operation” in eastern Ukraine. The joke is dark and ironic, falsely linking the singer’s enthusiastic tweet to the announcement of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and is used as an absurd reaction meme about terrible news arriving alongside unrelated excitement.
