What it means

A screenshot of a Ukraine social-media post showing a Ukrainian flag in a dry field, followed by a reply offering shelter in Turkey to Ukrainian girls aged 17–19. The punchline is the creepy and opportunistic implication behind the supposedly helpful offer, emphasized by the leering bearded reaction drawing.
