Cameraman eating in the background

child dying of starvation: cameraman on the background:

A bearded man eats a sandwich while a professional video camera dominates the foreground, with a dry savanna-like landscape behind him. The joke contrasts a starving child with a cameraman casually eating instead of helping, parodying exploitative charity or famine footage.
