The Heavy from Team Fortress 2 questions the Scout in an interrogation room while the Scout sits chained to a chair. The joke is that the supposed “spy” is obviously present, parodying the phrase “is the [thing] in the room with us right now?” as a reaction to someone imagining or misunderstanding something.
