Giant Truck Keeps Honking
HONK! HONK! HONK! HONK! HONK! HONK! I can't stop crying. My wife and I have been suffering extreme anxiety and sleep deprivation as there's a giant truck blowing it's horn right beside our apartment. My wife says she's going to go sleep at a (male) friend's house.
A crying Wojak, a clown Pepe, and a blonde woman sit in an apartment while a giant blue truck repeatedly honks outside. The joke is an absurdly literal excuse for the wife leaving to sleep at another man's house, implying possible infidelity while the husband is overwhelmed by the honking. It is used as a sarcastic reaction to an obviously implausible excuse or a ridiculous situation.
