Cute Guy With a Dark Secret

OMG! he's so cute !! Did you know I'm utterly insane? I like to dissect girls and eat their brains

A smiling blonde woman calls a man cute, while he casually reveals that he is utterly insane and likes to dissect girls and eat their brains. The punchline contrasts innocent attraction with a horrifying confession, referencing Patrick Bateman from American Psycho and mocking people who find dangerous or disturbing men attractive as a reaction meme.
