This Is an American Joke

Text on the meme

This is an American joke. I see.

What it means

In an anime classroom, a girl gestures toward chalk drawings while explaining an “American joke” to her teacher and classmates. The humor comes from the deliberately dry explanation and the teacher’s understated “I see” response, making the clip useful as an absurd reaction to a joke that is confusing or not funny.
