Mysterious Radio Signal Trolling

Text on the meme

Oscar B @Brophybst So it's really weird to see it being used by this. I saw someone speculate the signal's been hacked but I think whoever is assigned to keep this thing running is literally just trolling whoever is assigned to listen to it UTC time 23:32 13 Wednesday, January 17, 2022 Moscow time 02:32 33 Tuesday, January 18, 2022 FAQ in description UTC time 23:30 59 Monday, January 17, 2022 Moscow time 02:30 50 Tuesday, January 18, 2022 UTC time 23:30 33 Monday, January 17, 2022 Moscow time 02:30 33 Tuesday, January 18, 2022 UTC time 23:29 45 Monday, January 17, 2022 Moscow time 02:29 45 Tuesday, January 18, 2022

What it means

A tweet shows a sequence of screenshots from a mysterious radio signal, whose spectrogram appears to display crude drawings and symbols. The joke is that the signal may not be hacked at all; the person operating it is supposedly trolling whoever has to monitor and decode it. It is used as a reaction to bizarre, inexplicable, or deliberately prankish communications.
