Text on the meme

Kramer, what's going on in there? laugh I'm up next Jerry, wish me luck.

What it means

Kramer speaks to Jerry through a door while a brightly lit stage or game-show set appears between them. The joke is that Kramer is mysteriously preparing to perform, treating the bizarre situation like a normal audition or competition. It is used as an absurd reaction to someone hiding away and getting ready for their turn. EN: Kramer speaks to Jerry through a door while a brightly lit stage or game-show set appears between them.
