Text on the meme

Some monster jumpscares you. Your family is laughing at you being terrified You enter one of the rooms. But it’s now really silent. Everywhere, even in real life.

What it means

A four-panel meme contrasts a monster jumpscare with an empty, silent room and increasingly unsettling black-and-white faces. The joke is that after being mocked for getting scared, the person becomes paranoid and starts experiencing the silence as terrifying everywhere, even in real life. It is used as a reaction to lingering fear or anxiety after a scary moment.
