Thank you for ordering a custom mixed-hardwood cutting board from [redacted] This cutting board is constructed from non-toxic food safe materials including Appalachian hardwood lumber, food safe glue and mineral oil. That's it. The board should be oiled with mineral oil periodically to help keep it conditioned. Other products may be used, but I prefer a light coat of mineral oil. Rub it in with a soft cotton cloth allow it to absorb a little, then wipe away excess. DO NOT put the board in the dish washer. A serious and abuse microchip is installed in each board and alerts the [redacted] command center when a violation occurs. Hand wash with dish soap and warm water.
