A cameraman points directly at the viewer while filming in a lush tropical jungle. The joke is that survival-show contestants may be starving, but the cameraman is inexplicably healthy and focused on getting the shot, implying that cameramen have supernatural survival skills. It is used as a reaction to situations where someone remains functional or unaffected during a crisis.
