Oilfield Anime Truck Surprise

I work in an oilfield wtf is this

A pickup truck covered with anime girl artwork is parked in an oilfield, followed by a black-and-white image of a bearded man grinning with satisfaction. The joke is the contrast between the rugged industrial setting and the unexpectedly flashy anime-themed truck, prompting a bemused but approving reaction. It is sent when something bizarre appears in an otherwise ordinary or masculine environment.
