Pale Gym Progress Reveal

I want to prove you don’t have to have a tan to look good I’ve always been slightly insecure about being pale But I’ve been gyming hard and want to show off my hard work Here goes nothing 🙈

A black-background video displays captions about proving that you do not need a tan to look good, feeling insecure about being pale, and working hard at the gym. It then cuts to an extremely overexposed, green-tinted pale man posing and flexing in a room, making the reveal absurdly funny because his body is almost impossible to see. The upbeat music and dramatic buildup make the deliberately anticlimactic transformation feel like a proud fitness reveal.
