Under Communism I'd Be Starving

Text on the meme

under communism I’d be starving too much to have these big fucking milkers

What it means

An anime-style blonde woman holds an ice cream cone and a large burger while wearing revealing clothing. The joke is a provocative anti-communist exaggeration, claiming that food scarcity under communism would prevent her from having large breasts; it is used as an absurd, crude reaction meme.
