Game Character Fan-Made Upgrade

Text on the meme

Pic from the game on the left, fan made on right. Hire fans lol

What it means

A split image compares a blue-haired futuristic female game character on the left with an exaggerated fan-made version on the right, followed by a cartoon character lying amid debris. The joke is that fan artists may make a character more visually appealing or exaggerated than the original, prompting the sarcastic suggestion to hire the fans.
