What Does Бипки Mean?

Text on the meme

What does бипки means? Interesting I've heard this word and don't know what is it. My friend told me 'suck me and I tell you'

What it means

A screenshot of a Reddit post in r/russian asks what the Russian word «бипки» means. The joke is that the poster’s friend gives a vulgar, evasive answer instead of explaining the word, making the question absurd and misleading.
