Christmas Ornament on the Roof

Yesterday I was walking through the Obrera and I noticed a figure on a roof, at first I assumed it was someone sitting, but seeing that it wasn't moving at all I got a pretty uncomfortable feeling. It was totally dark, so I took out the phone to light up and when I paid more attention to it and I could see the face, I got goosebumps. What kind of Christmas ornament is that?

A person walking through the Obrera notices a motionless figure sitting on a dark rooftop. After lighting it with a phone, they see a face and realize it looks unsettling, jokingly calling it a Christmas ornament. This is a creepy, absurd reaction to something that resembles a person or decoration in the dark.
