What it means

A social media post jokes that posting the stylized phrase “w a i f u s” makes the poster forget they are in Venezuela, followed by a comment praising a blurry CCTV image of two alternative-looking girls in a store. The punchline is the absurd dehumanizing “e-girls aren’t people” caption paired with an ordinary surveillance-camera scene.
