Tonsil Stone Hunter

Tonsil Stone 1

A man peers through a small opening in a wooden door while holding up a large tonsil stone, presented like a Bloodborne item discovery. The joke compares an unpleasant bodily object to a rare loot item and the man to a hunter proudly presenting his grisly find.
