Verpencil Lost at Camp

Text on the meme

Ve seems really cool. Do you know where vir pencil is? I think ve vas lost it. Ve are sending zem to ze camp right now

What it means

A blond person wearing round glasses and a large chain lip-syncs through a progressively mispronounced conversation about a missing pencil. The clip then cuts to a second person, who delivers the absurd punchline that “zem” are being sent to “ze camp,” parodying an exaggerated accent and nonsensical misunderstanding.

Speech

V seems really cool. Do you know where Verpencil is? I think they lost it. Viya sending them to the camp, right now.
