What it means

EN: A player in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas tries to ride an ATV along a narrow wooden path in the forest, crashes into a tree, and the screen goes dark before the map opens. The joke is that testing for a visual glitch unexpectedly ends in a painful collision and the streamer’s loud reaction.
