Military cringe compilations guy

Text on the meme

guy who refers to war crimes as “military cringe compilations”

What it means

An intense anime-style military man glares at the viewer while the caption describes someone who calls war crimes “military cringe compilations.” The joke is darkly absurd, mocking people who sanitize or trivialize atrocities with internet slang; it is sent as a reaction to edgy military humor or euphemistic descriptions of serious events.
