Was He on a Date?

Was he on a date? This is Joseph Rosenbaum, who was shot in the head and killed by Kyle Rittenhouse, which conservatives are celebrating across the Internet.

A social media post asks, “Was he on a date?” and shows a serious caption about Joseph Rosenbaum, followed by a photo of a bald man lying closely with a baby and a large Trollface underneath. The joke comes from deliberately misrepresenting the tragic news caption as a romantic or intimate “date,” then using Trollface to signal the bait-and-switch and dark irony.
