Trusted Around Controlled Substances

Text on the meme

please allow me to work at your pharmancy i am normal and can be trusted to work arount controled substances

What it means

A black-and-white close-up shows a person with bleached hair, heavy dark makeup, and an unsettling stare. The joke is the deliberately misspelled plea to work at a pharmacy despite looking completely untrustworthy around controlled substances, making it a reaction to suspicious or hypocritical behavior.
