Touching Grass Is Not Enough

touching grass is not enough for me the only way is lobotomy

A hand reaches through tall green grass while the caption says that simply touching grass is not enough and that lobotomy is the only solution. The joke exaggerates internet burnout, alienation, or obsessive online behavior by presenting an absurdly extreme cure as the only way to feel normal. It is typically sent as a darkly humorous reaction to overwhelming thoughts or chronically online emotions.
