What it means

A four-panel anime-style meme shows a pale, wide-eyed person lying beside a sink and texting affectionately to the creature living inside it. As they investigate, they discover a giant eye staring from the drain, turning the silly affection into sudden horror. It is used as an absurd reaction to feeling watched or discovering something creepy in an ordinary place.
