A cascading social media comment thread shows the same message repeatedly removed by a moderator, with each reply nested deeper than the last. The joke is the absurd escalation of moderation, as if the moderator keeps deleting comments in an endless spiral. It is used as a reaction to overmoderation, chaotic online arguments, or a discussion where everything gets deleted.
