David and Gloria’s Final Messages
Rebecca I regret not finishing our conversation. Gloria Martinez You were right. David reached the top of Arasaka Tower. David Martinez You didn’t take me to the moon, but you were there with me.
A Cyberpunk 2077-style video travels through a futuristic city map and concrete corridors before revealing cyan holographic memorial messages from Rebecca, Gloria Martinez, and David Martinez. The emotional punchline is David’s bittersweet farewell: although Gloria did not take him to the moon, she was emotionally present with him, while the mournful song “I Really Want to Stay At Your House” by Rosa Walton & Hallie Coggins intensifies the grief. The audio also includes the line “Lucy left messages. I'm ugly crying.”, making the clip work as an over-the-top sad reaction to Cyberpunk: Edgerunners tragedy.
