Move to Japan countryside

Nebraska, USA KYOTO, JAPAN >You can move to Japan, but you have to repair and live in an old countryside home Would you accept?

A two-panel meme compares an old countryside house in Nebraska with the same house labeled as being in Kyoto, Japan. The joke is that the location alone makes the neglected rural home seem like an appealing Japanese lifestyle opportunity, asking whether the viewer would accept the trade-off.
