A side-by-side video game screenshot shows Pyramid Head from Silent Hill walking while dragging his enormous Great Knife. The joke says his slow movement is caused by his exaggerated backside, using “cake” as slang for a large butt. It is sent as a humorous reaction to someone moving slowly or carrying extra weight.
