Text on the meme

I AM SLAVIC (PERSON OF COLOR)

What it means

A Shiba Inu wearing a dark tracksuit poses with sparkly effects and a smug expression. The joke humorously presents a person of color claiming a Slavic identity, exaggerating ethnic stereotypes and internet meme culture as a reaction to someone asserting an unexpected cultural identity.
