What it means

A four-panel political meme shows a crying bald Soviet-looking leader asking people to stand for the Internationale, Mao Zedong dismissing him, Richard Nixon appearing with Chinese text, and Mao waving beside the line “Yes sir, god blessed the United States on America.” The joke is an intentionally confused mashup of communist, Chinese nationalist, and American patriotic imagery, mocking ideological inconsistency and authoritarian posturing.
