Evangelical Priests Versus Orthodox Priests

Text on the meme

evangelical priests orthodox priests

What it means

A music-backed montage contrasts smiling, brightly dressed evangelical priests and wedding imagery with a series of stern black-and-white Orthodox priests in heavy, symbol-covered vestments. The joke presents the two groups as radically different aesthetics, with the dramatic music making the Orthodox section feel ominous and exaggerated, so the clip works as a reaction to an intimidating or overly serious mood.
